SHIPPING/ DELIVERY POLICY

What are the delivery charges?

Styred.com provides details of the Delivery charges before payments for all the orders. We don’t do Cash On Delivery for orders under value of Rs. 500.


In how much time the orders are dispatched?

All our orders with complete shipping details and serviceable pin codes are dispatched within 3-5 working days.

However, if the address looks incomplete, the contact number is wrong or the pin code is not serviceable, the order can be delayed. If the customer is not contactable, the prepaid orders shall be shipped out after using the details provided by the customer within 3-5 working days. In case of Back orders, we usually prepare the orders for shipping, between 5-7 working days

Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation request shall be entertained. Any changes in the order can be made before the order is dispatched, once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made in address, payment mode etc

What is the estimated delivery time?

Most of our orders are delivered in 3-7 days. The more accurate delivery time is mentioned on the respective tracking link provided by the courier companies; however, it can change if there are any delays in the transit.

You will get the tracking link on the email your provided at the time of placing the order when the order is fulfilled. 


How do I track my shipment?

We use some of the most reputed courier companies in India. We notify our customers via shipment confirmation email when the order is dispatched. This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.  


How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom express, Shiprocket etc. 

Any hidden costs?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay!


What should I do if my order is getting delayed? 

We use the best shipping partners in India, to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. On rare occasions, there can be unforeseen delays due to natural calamities or other circumstances. In such cases we request you to be patient while we will continue to try to get the parcel delivered to you as soon as it is possible.

Our liability in case of such delayed orders if only limited to getting the order delivered as soon as possible on our end. The delayed prepaid orders shall be refunded only if they are still not delivered within 15 working days of placing the order.


My order is showing Delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

Any such issues should be raised to our whatsapp numbers (+91-7827250012) or customer support email (sales@styred.com) within 72 hours of the delivery time mentioned on the tracking link. Beyond that, the shipping companies do not take any responsibility of such issues and thus we might also not able to help in cases of late notifications.


Does Styred deliver internationally?

Yes we do but for that you have to send us the order email separately. For now, Online orders, we deliver only across India and the International orders are sent as Export, separately.
